Gina took the initiative and contacted me when I was thoroughly confused (I am a first timer) and looking strictly for apartments by the beach. As we looked at places that met my narrow expectations, Gina started showing me houses that were within my price range, although further west than I thought I would prefer. I know I drove her crazy but she was patient and after weeks of searching she found the perfect house for me. Then she guided me through the approval process. My husband and I were buying our first home. We had no clue how to go about the process and Gina was very willing and able to hold our hands through the entire process. She’s very knowledgeable and professional and was very attentive and responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. She truly loves what she does and loves to see people find their home. And there was never a point where we felt like she was just doing it as her job, although it it. It just felt like she was just there for us. We got our home thanks to her knowledge and expertise. Start to finish, she was very present and that was such a comfort when you’re going through such a stressful process. Looking back after successfully purchasing our first home, I don’t think we could have asked for a better realtor to walk us through this journey.
